What's Cooking at The Bruncheonette?

A little birdie (not the pheasant, itself) told me that The Bruncheonette got in a couple of unique ingredients, yesterday. Namely, wild pheasants from Scotland and black truffles from Oregon! I'm willing to bet they are most likely the only kitchen in Joplin, Missouri that you'll find those items, this weekend!
